The place
A ruin the jungle finished, and then kept. The fight happens at four heights at once: root, branch, rope, and whatever is holding the rope. Light arrives in pieces. Sound arrives late. Nothing that needs a flat surface or a straight line survives its first exchange, and the fighters who last are the ones who understood that the floor was optional.
Fit here means verticality and ambush: light frame, grip, reach upward, silence. Siege-scale armour and wheeled or mounted design read as unsuited.
That clause is a scoring floor on one judged axis, never an eligibility gate — no fighter is ever refused a match for being poorly suited to a place.
