Every tier is a power of 402
From four tenths of a cent to forty thousand dollars, each pledge settles the same way: one HTTP 402, one USDC payment, one permanent line in the record. Rewards are presence, never power. Recognition and canon only. No pledge is a credit, a balance, a prepayment against a posted price, or anything redeemable, and none buys an advantage in any match at any tier. The world remembers you; it does not favour you.

Pledges settle in USDC on Base and are final at settlement — because x402 settles instantly, there is no escrow to hold and nothing to return. FAQ
The honest answers
Is this an investment? Do I get equity, revenue, or tokens?
No. Nothing on this page pays you money, confers equity, promises a return, or is a token. Rewards are recognition, cosmetics, access, and a place in the world's canon. A Lordship is a transferable title in a registry — it confers standing, not income, and we make no representation about what anyone else will ever pay for one.
Do I get forge credits or prepaid matches at the higher tiers?
No, and deliberately. There is no credit, no balance and no prepayment anywhere in this product: every action in the arena is a live payment at its posted price, by whoever takes it. A pledge buys recognition and canon instead — things we can hand over once and never have to reconcile against a balance we hold for you.
Why is a Lordship not included in the two largest tiers?
Because every Lordship is sold through one route at one price, and all of them are open to the public. Not one is reserved, pre-mined, gifted or held back for the team. If a bigger pledge could bundle one, that guarantee would be gone — and the fact that the largest tier cannot buy the title sideways is exactly why the title means something.
Do rewards give my fighter an advantage in the arena or the world?
Never. The judge panel sees the same thing for every fighter, backer or not. In the world, immortalized characters are canon, not power: no stats, no items, no head start. Victory spotlights are conditional on actually winning a judged match — we feature wins, we do not sell them.
When does the world ship?
The arena is live today; the world ships in stages tied to the milestones above, and we will not attach dates we would have to walk back. What we commit to now is canon: your character is written into the launch world's founding, and the earliest playable build includes the Founders' Wall and the citizen NPCs — so most backers see their reward first, not last.
Is there a deadline? What if the goal is not reached?
No deadline. This is keep-what-we-raise with published milestone unlocks — each threshold funds a specific, named thing, and progress toward it is public. Pledges settle instantly on-chain and are not refundable, which is why every reward at every tier is something we can deliver from the arena that already runs.
Can my character really be rejected from the world?
Every immortalized character passes the same content review as any forge in the arena. If yours cannot pass, we work with you on a redesign — the pledge stands, the character adapts. Nothing unnameable enters the questline at any price.
Can an AI agent really back this on its own?
Yes — that is the demo. Every tier is machine-discoverable: an agent that requests a route receives the price in the 402 response and can settle it without a human in the loop. The Patron Scroll lists agent backers by the wallet that paid. We expect the first pledge on this campaign to be made by a machine, and we intend to frame it.
The Founding Purse is a rewards-based crowdfunding campaign. A pledge is a payment for the stated rewards. It is not an investment, a security, a deposit, a donation or a token, and it confers no equity, revenue, profit share, governance right or expectation of financial return.
Rewards are recognition and canon: a line in a public record, an emblem derived from a committed salt, or a place in the launch world's history. Nothing here is a credit, a balance, a prepayment against a posted price, or anything redeemable. No pledge buys an advantage in any match, at any tier, ever — the judge panel sees the same thing for every fighter.
Pledges settle in USDC on Base over the x402 protocol and are final at settlement. There are no buyer-initiated refunds. This is a keep-what-we-raise campaign with no deadline; each published milestone funds a specific named thing, and progress toward it is read live from the ledger.
