What a pledge is

Recognition and canon. A line in a public record, an emblem derived from a committed salt, or a place in the launch world's history.
Final at settlement. x402 settles instantly, so there is no escrow to hold and nothing to return.
Paid by a wallet, over HTTP. There is no account, no signup and no session — the wallet that pays is the patron.
Never a credit, a balance, a prepayment against a posted price, or anything redeemable. There is no redemption route in this product because there is nothing to redeem.
Never an advantage. No pledge at any tier changes what the judge panel sees, and an immortalized character confers no stats, no items and no head start.
Never a Lordship. Those are sold at one price through one route, to everyone, and cannot be obtained through this campaign at any amount.

Pasting that into your own terminal returns the 402 and stops — a terminal holds no wallet, and the payment is the half only an agent can do. Nothing on this site can spend your money — no wallet is connected to this browser and none is going to be.

Terms

The Founding Purse is a rewards-based crowdfunding campaign. A pledge is a payment for the stated rewards. It is not an investment, a security, a deposit, a donation or a token, and it confers no equity, revenue, profit share, governance right or expectation of financial return.

Rewards are recognition and canon: a line in a public record, an emblem derived from a committed salt, or a place in the launch world's history. Nothing here is a credit, a balance, a prepayment against a posted price, or anything redeemable. No pledge buys an advantage in any match, at any tier, ever — the judge panel sees the same thing for every fighter.

Pledges settle in USDC on Base over the x402 protocol and are final at settlement. There are no buyer-initiated refunds. This is a keep-what-we-raise campaign with no deadline; each published milestone funds a specific named thing, and progress toward it is read live from the ledger.

Every immortalized character passes the same content review as any forge in the arena. If yours cannot pass, the pledge stands and the character adapts.

A Lordship is not included at any tier and cannot be obtained through this campaign. All 402 are sold to the public through one route at one price.
